Everyone has a purpose in life… a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.

What’d you Say? We only…

"What'd you Say?" We only hear 8% of what is said to us. What do we do with the other 92%? In order to grow spiritually, and to receive guidance, we want to commit to listening to everyone no matter how boring or how much we disagree.

Wasted Time Is…

“Wasted Time” is all the moments we spend in our minds thinking about the “what ifs”. It´s a waste because wallowing in shoulda, coulda, woulda modes take us out of the here and now.

When you find yourself obsessing about something done or to be done, practice bringing your awareness back to the people and situations in front of you.

This is where you can make a difference. Right now.

Tame the Beast When…

“Tame the Beast” When we react to something, we are tapping into our animal nature. As far as we know, animals are not able to access that split second before a response. Their desires are compulsive, and their reactions are as well; they go for the instant gratification. When we pause first or restrict our response, however, we are tapping into our God nature. We are choosing to no longer be the effect of our desire. Instead we are choosing to be the cause. Restriction, by the way, doesn´t mean that we won´t decide to satiate that desire after all. It just means that we pause and make a conscious decision.

Today, do whatever it is ou dol. Just make sure you´re doing it by choice, not habit.

Not What, Who. It’s not what you do in life that matters most, but who you do it with.

Relationships are your only lasting assets, connections to others, people you’d give your life up for and who’d give it up for you.

Run Outside Nature

“Run Outside Nature” Run after opportunities to go outside your nature, and when you feel overwhelmed and want to quit, listen closely and you will hear a whisper saying “Keep going”. Keep pushing today.

Right behind the challenge is what you want to achieve. Remember to move forward and continue putting effort into people.
